Aimee offers personalized, one-on-one nutrition consultations that take into account the full picture of your health—physical, mental, and emotional. By gaining a deep understanding of your unique needs, lifestyle, and challenges, she provides practical tools and actionable guidance you can begin using right away to support your journey toward whole-body wellness. As part of your consultation, you’ll receive a customized wellness protocol designed to help rebalance your body. This may include tailored nutrition strategies, lifestyle recommendations, and targeted therapeutic supplements—all carefully selected to align with your personal health goals. This stand-alone 15-minute phone consultation is designed to focus specifically on your food and nutritional goals. Prior to the call, you’ll complete a brief questionnaire to help Aimee better understand your needs and preferences. Based on your conversation, Aimee will create a personalized 7-day meal plan tailored to your unique goals, dietary needs, and lifestyle. The plan includes over 40 delicious, easy-to-follow recipes and a customized grocery list to simplify your shopping and meal prep. Please note: This service is nutrition-focused and does not include lifestyle recommendations or therapeutic supplement guidance, which are covered in the full nutritional consultation.
